Learn or review 9 farm animals in Spanish through two different activities! These activities review / introduce the following animals: bird (pájaro), cat (gato), cow (vaca), dog (perro), duck (pato), horse (caballo), pig (cerdo), sheep (oveja) and turkey (pavo). They also focus on the question, "Quién dice..." ("Who says...") in reference to the farm animals and how to respond.

In Part I (thumbnail 2) teachers or parents ask, "Quién dice..." ("Who says...") while students listen to farm animal sound effects. Students must determine which animal makes each sound and then they have 3 varying levels of response: pointing to the correct animal; saying/reading the animal's name aloud in Spanish, or responding with a full sentence. (~30 minutes to complete)

Example:
Teacher: Quién dice... **plays cow sound effect**
Student: La vaca dice, "moo!"

In Part II (thumbnail 3), a teacher, parent or partner reads the Spanish question and students colors, cut out and paste the correct animal in each question's block. (~30 minutes to complete)
